I approach wine not simply as a beverage, but as a catalyst for connection. For me, wine has always represented something deeper: a way to slow down, gather people together, and create moments that linger long after the final glass is poured.

In a world increasingly consumed by busy schedules and constant motion, I believe the ritual of sharing wine remains one of the oldest and most meaningful ways to foster genuine human connection. A tradition that has endured for more than 8,000 years.

That philosophy became the foundation for TOAE. A concept I began quietly developing years ago to reconnect with friends, colleagues, and acquaintances I had met throughout my life and career. What started as a simple idea soon evolved into something far larger than I ever anticipated.

With a long career rooted in corporate America, I developed a reputation for precision, attention to detail, and thoughtful execution. Those same principles now shape every TOAE experience. From the atmosphere to the pairings, every element is intentionally curated to leave a lasting impression.

My first TOAE gathering was intimate yet ambitious: a 26-person dinner featuring eight courses paired with nine wines. It was never just about showcasing exceptional bottles. It was about introducing people to the emotional power of wine and demonstrating how the right pairing can elevate an evening into a memory. Those moments, particularly when shared with guests newly discovering wine, remain the experiences I treasure most.

Over the years, those curated dinners have steadily grown in both scale and reputation, culminating in one TOAE engagement which welcomed 96 guests for an immersive wine experience.
